Returning an Unwanted Online Order

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an unwanted online order, please follow the guidelines below:

Return Period:

  • Unwanted online orders can be returned for a full refund by either bringing them to our store or posting them back within 14 days of delivery.
  • If you are unable to return the item(s) within 14 days, you must notify us within the first 14 days of your intention to return.
  • Once notified, you will have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) for a refund

 Return Eligibility:

 To qualify for a refund:

  • The item(s) must be returned with all accessories and in the same condition in which they were sold.
  • The initial individual shipping charges of the refunded item(s) will be reimbursed.
  • However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using an insured and/or traceable shipping method.

Exclusions

  • Items with "(s)" in the name and titles exclusively for online play are not eligible for return under our unwanted items policy

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 3% of the item's purchase price will be applied to cover the cost of reshelving. This fee helps cover the testing and inspection process before the item is returned to our inventory.
However, brand-new, unopened items are exempt from this fee.

Returning a Faulty Online Order

  • All items purchased come with a one-year warranty, except for consumables (e.g., removable batteries).

Faulty Item within 30 Days

If your online order becomes faulty within 30 days of purchase, you can:

  • Return it to our store for testing and receive a refund or exchange if the item is found to be faulty.
  • Post the item back to us for testing and processing.

If your item develops a fault after 30 days through normal use, please contact us as soon as possible at returns@technologybase.co.uk

  • Within the first 90 days, we will repair or replace the item. If repair or replacement is not possible, an exchange will be offered, or a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • After 90 days, any refund will be based on the current sales price or the original purchase price (whichever is lower) and refunded to the original payment method.

Important Notice

  • Any repairs done by a third party will void your warranty.

Returns Testing and Outcome

When we receive your item, it will be tested for faults to confirm that it is covered by our returns policy. If we cannot replicate the fault or if the item does not meet the criteria of our returns policy, the item will be returned to your registered address.
If you choose to return your item in to our store, the staff will test the item and will either return or refund the item based on the outcome of the test.

Returning a Damaged Item

If the item you received is damaged, please notify us of your intention to return it as soon as possible by using our email address: returns@technologybase.co.uk
Do not dispose of any packaging or damaged items until you have heard back from us. We may require photographic or physical evidence of the damage for a successful claim to be processed. Depending on the courier used, our customer service representative will assist you with the necessary details to return the item.

Something's Missing from My Order

Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be delivered. If you still haven’t received your items after that period, please contact us via email at returns@technologybase.co.uk
Upon receipt of the package, kindly inspect it thoroughly. Sometimes, accessories like cables, chargers, etc., may be wrapped in the packaging material (such as Hexcel wrap) to secure the items during transit. Please ensure that these accessories inside the packaging material are not disposed of after opening the package.
If you have received an item but a part or accessory is missing, please contact us immediately via email at returns@technologybase.co.uk Depending on availability, we may be able to source the missing part without requiring you to return the entire item.

Refund Processing

We will process your refund within 24 hours of approval. However, it may take up to 7 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank or payment card provider.
