Amazing service (again!) from Technology Base! Called first thing in the morning, they had the part in stock, had my phone fixed by lunchtime with genuine parts. Really impressed with the service at Technology Base. I took my iPhone in after water damage had caused the screen to stop working. I assumed I would need a screen replacement or I would need a new phone completely but the guy there was extremely helpful, friendly and, most importantly, honest.

He properly checked and tested the phone first and confirmed that the phone itself was still working. He then replaced the screen and also changed the battery, all at a very reasonable price. The whole repair was completed in around 40 minutes!

It’s refreshing to find someone who takes the time to actually diagnose the problem rather than just replacing parts and charging you unnecessarily.

Bitlocker was blocking me out on my computer. I showed them the problem at Technology Base and they told me what they would do and that it would be ready the next day.
